Welcome to the Friends of the Haltom City Public Library. We invite you to explore our website.

We are a non profit organization which supports the Haltom City Public Library by sponsoring fundraisers and doing volunteer work for the library.

Our major fundraiser is the annual Book Sale. The funds from this sale allow the library to purchase supplies not allotted in our city’s library budget such as:

• Prizes for the Summer Reading Program
• Prizes for the annual writing contest
• Costumes
• Puppets
• Furniture.

We also provide refreshments for library children’s events such as:

• Leprechaun Hunt
• Hoowwling Halloween
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• And many more!
